A collection of tools extending Relativity's functionality.
vdiscovery develops proprietary tools and quality-control integrations that offer intelligent solutions at all phases of discovery and beyond.
vdiscovery’s VECA, very early case assessment, system allows attorneys and their clients to perform the defensible device imaging that will insulate clients from later discovery challenges, and efficiently cull outsized forensic data collections in Relativity.
VECA is the only tool of it’s kind to allow seamless Relativity culling of device metadata directly from EnCase and seamless promotion of tagged folders and files for full Relativity review; VECA will both cut processing costs and eliminate the painful choice points that accompany defensible device collection.
EASY TO USE
Cut down defensibly preserved data directly from a device image like EnCase
View and tag files image metadata using Relativity
Learn “what is in there” without paying exorbitant processing fees
Transparency into your data and case, from any computer
As a Relativity Best in Service Provider, and a Relativity API Ecosystem Partner, vdiscovery will support the subsequent hosted review with a combination of intelligence and white glove service that set us apart in an increasingly “big box” marketplace.
BatchGuru is an acclaimed software set developed by vdiscovery to extend Relativity’s functionality. These proprietary tools bring consistency and ease of use that can be shared by your whole team, from tech-savvy analysts to busy attorneys.
BatchGuru is infinitely customizable, and works seamlessly in your hosted Relativity environment. Work smart, not hard: BatchGuru’s secure and scalable architecture enable you to cut through the fat of even the most complex document review.
Beg-End to List
Converts BegDoc and EndDoc fields to a sequential list of Bates numbers and writes it to a new field that lists every page of the document to facilitate easy tagging or searching.
Allows the end user to update fields required by the SEC, DOJ, or others in 1 click with the use of saved presets, eliminating the requirement of multiple tools.
Allows exports to run distributed on multiple servers, eliminating the need to remote into a station to start the process. This saves a significant amount of time when handling large productions.
Email Header Parser
Extract various metadata that processing software does not extract. This tool offers vdiscovery a distinct advantage when dealing with Gmail collected data that stores folders/labels in email headers.
Converts the date/time value from one time zone to another to account for data inconsistency or to improve review efficiency.
Remove Email Address
Removes email addresses from the sender or recipient fields, leaving only names, to make exported reports or privilege logs easier to read.
Native File Exporter
Allows the end user to quickly export sets of native files as a ZIP container without using Relativity’s desktop client and allowing for PC and Mac compatibility.
ParentID & AttachIDs
Enables the user to create Summation-compatible DAT files that can be exported directly from the Relativity interface.
Takes the date of a parent email and applies it to all of its attachments so families of documents can be sorted chronologically.
Tag as Document or Attachment
Identifies which record is a parent and which is a child based on a group identifier so that the filter option in a view can be used to display specific documents.
MD5 Hash Generator
Allows for the generation of new hash values based on the fields of your choice, to facilitate customized deduplication.
Extracts any one of the fields from the OtherProps container, created by Relativity Processing, into a new field to enable easy sorting and searching.
