After graduating from Brooklyn Law School, where he was the Senior Editor of Law Review, Myron practiced law for a decade, specializing in civil litigation. In the early 1970’s, Myron started the Village Copier brand.
Three distinct businesses, now known as vdiscovery, PHP and VSEEN all delivering different products and services, but with a common commitment to product excellence and providing outstanding responsive service.
Michael Wright
Chief Operations Officer
Michael Wright has spearheaded vdiscovery’s successful efforts to become one of the country’s premier providers of digital forensics and electronic discovery services.
During his impressive 30 years at the company, Michael has experienced the many changes this industry has encountered, which has allowed him to assemble, train, and manage a talented team that has brought vdiscovery to the cutting edge of technology.
Jared Harary, Esq.
Chief Revenue Officer
Jared Harary, Esq. is a New York-licensed attorney and principal at vdiscovery, with degrees from Columbia University and Fordham University School of Law. With nine years of electronic discovery expertise, he specializes in developing defensible, cost-effective ediscovery strategies for our clients.
Leveraging his unique blend of legal and technical knowledge, Jared serves as a critical liaison between attorneys, clients, and technology teams, often translating complex technical concepts into actionable legal strategies.
Daniel Barak
Chief Technology Officer
Daniel Barak has over 20 years of experience in the legal industry and has served as a senior consultant and technical adviser for major Am Law 100 Firms in the fields of information security, network infrastructure, electronic discovery, and digital forensics.
He has organized, designed, and presented CLE-accredited courses for lawyers in the field of ediscovery, digital forensics and information security. Daniel earned a degree in computer science from Columbia University and uses his knowledge of programming and data security to help build vdiscovery into the technology-forward company it is today.
Nikolai Pozdniakov
Nikolai Pozdniakov is a results-oriented problem solver. With a background in programming, Nikolai uses his knowledge to assist others with problems, striving for not only a solution, but a comprehensive workflow that prevents problems from re-arising.
Nikolai’s management experience allows him to run a 24/7 operation spanning multiple offices in different cities. He enjoys leading by example while working alongside his team members. Having a hands-on approach allows Nikolai to find innovative approaches to projects. Nikolai is the creator and founder of HashtagLegal, a programming initiative to build essential tools for litigation support.
Veronika Golberg
Senior Director of Client Relations
Veronika Golberg has been a litigation support professional for 15 years and has experience with both the operations and business development sides of Court Reporting and eDiscovery.
She uses her production and technology background and skills to support and prioritize all of her clients’ projects. Veronika’s experience and commitment to service excellence make her a highly effective and sought after Client Relations Director.
Mark Rosenberg
Senior Account Executive
Mark Rosenberg is a senior account executive at vdiscovery with over 27 years of experience supporting law firms and corporate legal teams in complex litigation. He partners with clients to develop efficient, defensible discovery strategies, guiding matters from data collection through review and production.
Mark works closely with Am Law and boutique firms, helping legal teams leverage RelativityOne, analytics, and managed services while aligning technology, process, and budget. He is known for his practical approach, responsiveness, and long-standing client relationships.
