The RCA certification ensures that case administrators fully understand software platform Relativity’s capabilities and can maximize the software’s flexibility. Through both hands-on exercises and in-depth testing, the RCA certification ensures an unparalleled resource for clients. kCura are the developers of the ediscovery software Relativity.

Winnie has recently rejoined vdiscovery as Relativity Support Specialist. She brings over 10 years of experience managing electronically stored information (ESI) projects and guaranteeing quality control at project completion.

Winnie has a BTech in Computer Technology/Systems Technology from CUNY New York City College of Technology. She is also a member of the National Society of Collegiate Scholars (NSCS). Additionally, Winnie is fluent in Chinese and Burmese.
