In support and acknowledgement of the Nov. 14, 2016 event, the First Annual Shira A. Scheindlin Award for Excellence in the Courtroom, vdiscovery would like to congratulate recipient Carrie H. Cohen of Morrison & Foerster LLP.

Additionally, the Honorable Judith S. Kaye Commercial and Federal Litigation Scholarship was introduced at this event. The Scholarship was created to increase the number of women taking leadership in commercial cases litigated in both the state and federal courts in New York. This Scholarship will cover the cost of up to five female litigators’ registration fees at the 2017 Commercial Litigation Academy.
